We are committed to minimizing our footprint at every stage. To address the environmental impact of delivery, we participate in a carbon neutral shipping program. This means the carbon dioxide emissions from transporting your package are calculated and offset through investments in verified environmental projects around the world.

14 Day Exchange/Return Policy

We design and craft our products with durability and purpose, hoping you love them. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

We encourage mindful consumption and ask that you please shop (and return) responsibly. For your convenience, you can initiate a return through our online portal at eco-friendlyjacket.com. Please note that return shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations not present upon original delivery. Different orders cannot be combined into one return package, as this helps ensure a smooth and accurate processing experience.

Refunds

Once we receive your return at our facility, our team will inspect it. We will then notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
