WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

Orders placed on the official online store are shipped via major carriers. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status.

Orders are processed after verifying product availability and confirming payment. In the event of errors or if the order cannot be fulfilled, the charged amount will be refunded. Orders are processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship within the United States.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We stand behind our products and hope you will love them. If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the time your order was fulfilled to return or exchange it.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with its original tags and travel bags.

Please note that returns may take up to two weeks to be processed starting on the day the return was delivered to our warehouse. Items from different orders cannot be combined into a single return shipment.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, which may take several business days depending on your financial institution.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FLAWED?

HOW CAN I RECEIVE ASSISTANCE FOR A PRODUCT?

We offer post-sale assistance for products purchased at our direct stores and online store. For any assistance request, you can contact us or complete the form in the Warranty section on our website. For purchases made at authorized retailers, we kindly suggest reaching out directly to them for assistance.

Our products are expected to be free of material and workmanship defects and are protected under a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please note, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, rips, tears, damages caused by accidents, misuse, natural breakdown of fabric over time, or negligence.

DO YOU PROVIDE A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?

We currently do not offer a gift wrapping service.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled after placement. Please wait for your order to be delivered and initiate a return once received if needed.

HOW DO I KNOW A PRODUCT IS ORIGINAL?

We use a third-party authentication service to verify our garments. Authentication can be done by scanning the QR code found inside each product.
